Shipping Policy

  • Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.


2. Shipping Method

We do not operate our own delivery service. Delivery is handled entirely by independent courier companies.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines and handling are managed by them.


3. Delivery Time

  • If the product is in stock, it will be shipped and delivered within 7 working days.

  • If the product is not in stock, the customer will be informed, and delivery may take 15 to 20 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier company delays

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to revise shipping charges at any time.


5. Shipping Address

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.

  • Delays due to incorrect address

  • Non-delivery due to wrong contact details

  • Additional charges due to re-attempted delivery

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Risk & Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the third-party courier service:

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

  • We are not liable for transit damage, delay, or loss caused by courier companies.

Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.


7. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • A tampered parcel

  • A wrong product

You must:

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Take clear photos

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the parcel may be returned.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
